• Well Child Exam: Routine checkups that monitor the growth and development of your child. This visit focus on routine checkup including childhood vaccinations. It also includes discussion about healthy lifestyle, sleep, school, sports, recreation, prevention of injury, diet & exercise including mental and emotional wellbeing.

• Sports Physical We perform sports physicals to make sure it is safe for your child to be playing sports. 

• Asthma Diagnosis, Treatment and prevention of exacerbation/flareups

• ADHD Evaluation, Diagnosis and Treatment 

• Childhood Immunizations/Vaccination

• Vision and hearing screening test

• Sick visits 

• Telephone visits/Telehealth

Inhouse test

• Flu test

• Strep test

• Rapid covid test

• Lead and hemoglobin test

Other necessary labs and Radiology needed will be sent out
